Saints vs Eagles Monday Night Football Drinking Game

Since the Saints season has been… iffy… I’ve decided to institute a drinking game tailored to each week’s game. I don’t recommend getting wasted ever, but I can’t stop you and it’s still a free country (though maybe not after tomorrow’s elections, depending on who you ask) so drink or don’t drink. I’m basing the game off of whatever the announcers or camera shots dictate.

Take 1 Drink Every Time…

• Someone mentions Jimmy Graham’s basketball career
• Someone mentions Michael Vick’s dog fighting career
  - Bonus drink if they talk about him owning a new dog
• Someone says “bountygate”
• A Fantasy Football graphic is displayed
• Hokie Gajan sighs on groans on the air on WWL

Take 2 Drinks Every Time…

• Someone mentions Katrina
• Someone mentions Hurricane Sandy in comparison to Katrina
• Someone mentions Sean Payton’s contract extension voiding
  - Bonus drink if they don’t specify that it was just the extension
• Michael Hingle almost gets hit by a truck
• A Troy Polamalu commercial comes on

 Take 3 Drinks Every Time…

• They show a picture of Jimmy Graham in his basketball uniform
• Someone mentions that either team is “desperate for a win” or “in need of a win”
• Someone mentions the awful loss of the Saints to Denver last week
• Someone mentions how a play would go differently if Sproles was in the game
  - Bonus drink if they discuss Sproles’ stature
• If Jim Henderson loses his voice

Chug Whatever’s Left If…

• Bobby Hebert gets escorted out of the press box

I’ll try and whip up a new set of rules next week, but obviously some of those will be residents to the rules.
